Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Pahadwali, we take pride in delivering authentic Himalayan flavors with the highest quality standards. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to modify, cancel, or return an order. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and cancellations to ensure a hassle-free experience for our customers.
By placing an order on pahadwali.com, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
1.1. Cancellation Before Shipment (Pre-Shipment Cancellation)
• You can cancel your order before it is shipped for a full refund.
• To request a cancellation, please email us at care@pahadwali.com or call +91 9888611131 with your Order ID.
• If your order is successfully canceled, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
📌 Note: Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
1.2. Cancellation After Shipment (Post-Shipment Cancellation)
• If your order has been shipped, you cannot cancel it. However, you may refuse to accept the package upon delivery.
• In such cases, a refund will be initiated after the product is returned to us, but the shipping and handling charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
2. Return & Replacement Policy
Since Pahadwali’s products are consumable food items, we follow a strict no-return policy for reasons related to taste preference, change of mind, or personal dislike to ensure hygiene and safety.
However, we accept returns/replacements in the following cases:
1. Wrong item received (e.g., different product than ordered).
2. Damaged or defective product received.
3. Missing items in the order.
2.1. Conditions for Return & Replacement
• The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• A clear unboxing video and photos of the product, package, and invoice must be shared for verification.

• Reason for return
• Photos/videos as proof
Once approved, we will arrange for a pickup or provide further instructions.
📌 Note: We reserve the right to reject return/replacement requests if the complaint is not genuine or if sufficient proof is not provided.
3. Refund Policy
We process refunds in the following cases:
• Canceled orders (before shipment).
• Returned orders (if eligible under Section 2.1).
• Failed transactions where the amount was debited but the order was not placed.
3.1. Refund Process & Timeline
• Refunds are initiated within 5-7 business days after approval.
• The refund will be credited to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.).
• For COD orders, refunds (if applicable) will be processed via UPI or bank transfer after verification.

3.2. Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted if:
• Only part of the order was incorrect or damaged.
• The product is eligible for a refund after deduction of applicable shipping charges.
4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
For health, hygiene, and food safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
• Opened or used food products.
• Items returned without proper packaging or proof of issue.
• Orders refused at the time of delivery without a valid reason.
5. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please place a new order and follow the return process (if eligible) for the previous order.
6. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays, order cancellations, or non-fulfillment due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, transportation disruptions, or regulatory changes.
